In 1994,
Sally Brown and Bonnie Miller formed The
BrownMiller Group after working together for over ten years as career
counselors at the Women's Resource Center of the University of Richmond. Sally
Brown retired from The BrownMiller Group in the summer of 2007.

The BrownMiller Group has gained a
strong reputation for providing high quality career services for adults
built on a philosophy of an individualized approach to clients rather
than a cookie cutter approach. In career counseling, we often use
testing to assess how an individual's interests, values and skill sets
will uniquely transfer to various occupations. Job search coaching and
support ensures that the client is approaching the job market in the most
productive way.
